At Pannelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack with Care
Place the panels back into their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit; please include the original packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, secure it firmly to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned panels for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
